We are looking for seasonal bakers to join our team in Visby!

The people who create the success of Själsö Bageri is no secret. Bread is the foundation of our business, but it is the commitment, knowledge, and care of our employees that make us who we are.

Själsö Bageri opened during the Midsummer weekend in 2014.

We are a modern craft bakery that bakes stone oven sourdough bread in our stone oven. All our breads and buns are made with organic flour, on-site at Själsö Bageri just north of Visby.

We have a large café that is open every day during the summer and is highly appreciated and well-visited.

The position is for the summer season of 2026 and is full-time.

We prefer that you have a few years of experience, but it is not a requirement; you can also come directly from baking school and be new to the market as a baker.

Working hours vary with both day and night shifts.

We bake around the clock, we have several bread trucks around the island and a café in the bakery. We are located just north of Visby Airport next to Själsö Harbor. From the bakery, we have a fantastic view over the sea and Själsö Harbor.

We care about our environment and our fellow humans. We take pride in the products we deliver and are passionate about developing and continuing to challenge ourselves and Swedish food culture.
